I went into practice 20 years ago to make this complex financial world simpler. I was triggered personally while my grandmother was in assisted living;

 

She was in her 90's and doing well, but with all the overwhelming changes in tax laws, social security, pensions, IRA's, annuities, insurance and chronic care plans, the family needed a simple plan.

My passion is also driven by 'Educating the Educators'.  Professionals today are so busy with the daily grind, they tend to forget about themselves and what's really important. I saw this first hand - my mother was a Tier 1  ESL teacher for over 38 years and my father owned a business.

 

Today's rapid changes are more impactful than ever.

In any stage of life - financial education and organization prepares everyone for personal and professional storms.  The years 2020 and 2021 will go down as a Category 5's. My purpose has impacted so many, who realize that the continuity of education and simple financial organization empowered them to reach their financial goals - even at the very worst of times.

ABOUT George 

George Futterman is an experienced financial services entrepreneur; a twenty year professional specializing in financial literacy. His  passion is driven by  abundant real-life experiences personally and professionally.

 

George runs his own private practice in New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. His collaborative philosophy and perseverance has helped build his practice to the highest levels.

 

Positioning his experience with Fortune 500 companies provides solutions for just about all complex situations that matter the most.

 

George graduated from the University at Albany with a degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. He began his professional career in 1999 the dotcom era. His resilience and drive through various  storms, market booms and financial crises develped his mission to support a niche market of teachers and unions. 

Coming from a family with both military and educational backgrounds, and inspired by his daughters to try karate; he went on to compete, pursue hypnosis, and motivate others to keep moving forward.  George maintains his laser-focus and drive - especially during the ‘storms’ through which he’s persevered both personally and professionally. His dedication to educate the educators through financial literacy has set himself apart as a unique expert.

George’s strong sense of community keeps him actively involved as a member of the Board of Realtors, several Chamber of Commerce communities, and by volunteering at local events.  George is also member of the President’s Council and has held a seat at the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table for several years with a Fortune 100 financial firm. He continues to support his college fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha as their Alumni Relations Coordinator. Furthermore, George is a an renowned industry speaker and author of 'Selling Through the Storms: A Journey From a Top Sales Professional’.
